How can we help?

Your questions

What makes Striders Personal Training different from other personal trainers?

We specialise in weight loss and muscle toning. Research shows that it takes just three to four weeks for the body to get used to new exercises, so we constantly switch up our client’s routines and teach them new skills to prevent weight loss slowing or ceasing.

We also have extensive knowledge of the structure and functions of the human body. Our training programs are safe and tailored to your needs. It makes no sense to compromise the health of ligaments, tendons or joints doing dangerous exercise techniques. We want you to be able to enjoy your favourite activities for the rest of your life.

    Will I even lose weight?

Absolutely! Provided you make training and healthy eating a part of your regular routine, and follow our set guidelines, you’ll see changes in no time. We’re well known for our weight loss success rates.

    Is personal training hard?

One of the first things you’ll notice when you first train with us is that you are allowed to train at your own fitness level, even if you decide to train alongside a family member or friend. As your level of fitness progresses, so will the intensity at which you train. So, if it has been years since you’ve exercised that’s totally okay. In fact, many of the people we work with begin that way.

Am I able to set individual goals?

Of course! You can’t be expected to hit a target if there isn’t one in front of you to hit. Goal setting is crucial for getting results, and we make the process easier for you. We have regular exercise and nutrition check-ins to ensure you are on track to accomplishing your personal set goals.

    How much does it cost?

Compare us to other personal trainers and you’ll quickly see we offer highly competitive prices. Train with us and you’ll realise that comparing our level of expertise with other trainers is like comparing apples to oranges. We are Strides ahead of the rest, with our training at the cutting edge.
