At Striders Personal Training, we leave nothing to chance. We understand the difference between paying for mere workouts and actually working towards weight loss results. Unlike most training places who quote the one, standard price over the phone, we know that factors such as assessing a person’s body type, current fitness level, and analysing posture and exercise restrictions can only be truly carried out in person, face to face. These crucial factors need to be carefully calculated for true, lasting weight loss results to happen. Based on this FREE fitness assessment, we’ll tailor an effective weight loss program to suit your individual needs.
