So you’ve been umming and ahhing about starting personal training for months (or maybe even years). The thought of having somebody else monitor your weight loss and bodily changes intimidates you, and you’re afraid of making the commitment. Steadily easing yourself into personal training, and sticking to it, is far better than rushing in and dropping out soon after because you took on too much too fast.
