Our Favourite Healthy Hotspots Around Lawnton

Want to treat yourself to a delicious brunch but don’t want to sacrifice all of the hard work you’ve done in the gym? Never fear, we’re here to help!

Here’s a short but sweet (naturally sweetened, of course) list of our favourite healthy cafes and hot-spots in and around the Lawnton area.

1. Bird and Deer Espresso

1-2 Ebert Pde

If it’s connection with nature that you’re looking for, this is the place for you. Upcycled furniture and earthy vibes earned this cafe its nickname – “the wilderness bar”. Order the sunflower and rye bagel with sundried tomato and basil topping and you won’t be disappointed. Open from 6am – 1pm.

2. Wheelhouse Coffee

774 Gympie Rd

Friendly baristas and delicious brunch food – what more could you want on a Sunday morning? Stick it to the critics by spending your savings on a giant, delicious piece of toast with avocado. Open from 6:30am – 4pm.

3. Lawnton Country Markets Fruit & Veg

728 Gympie Rd

We might be biased, but we’d like to label this place as the best fruit and veg store in the vicinity. With daily specials on a variety of fresh produce, you’ll be sure to leave with a trolley full of goodness! Open every day 6am – 6pm.

4. Natural Vitality

11 Aldinga St

The one stop shop for all your natural products, medicines and treat foods. You can’t sit and eat brunch foods, but it does stock a bunch of healthy goodies. It scored its place on our hotspot list because of its wide range of organic snack foods. Did somebody say gluten-free, sugar-free choc chip cookies? Yes please!
