Our Team

Hi, we are Jodie and Damien! We have both been active from a very early age, playing sports which included swimming, Surf Life Saving, and Martial Arts. Owning our very own Striders Personal Training studio has allowed us to share the enthusiasm and knowledge with others and inspire them to become a fitter, stronger version of themselves. We believe education, motivation and inspiration all work together for overall success. We enjoy building relationships and connecting with people one on one to help them achieve their personal goals, no matter how big or small.
